SCOG has just bought a book on Wassailing by Colin and Karen Cater, recording over 300 wassails around Britain. Locally two new wassail events have just taken place on Saturday 20th January - one in Ketton and the other in Bourne. These wassails were featured in the Rutland and Stamford Mercury.
