This workshop will introduce the principles of harvesting, storing, preserving and processing orchard fruit and nuts including apples, pears, plums, quince. Adam and Mary Cade will demonstrate a range of equipment that can be used to process the fruit and nuts. A range of produce will be available to sample. Please bring any of your own produce to show.
